I received my Amex bill and noticed a charge for $19.95 for AP9PrivacyMatters123. I had never heard of them or bought anything from them. A check with Amex showed they had been billing me for 4 months. I could not get a person at the listed number, only other requests for my credit card number. Reported fraudulent to the FBI and to Amex security.
