To Whom It May Concern:

I am a veteran and have had my idenity stolen. This account was not open buy me nor did my husband authorized the first charge of $19.95 taken from his account or the second charge of $1.00. We have add Fraud alert to all the credit reporting agencies, filed a police report and reported these charges a fraudgulate.

I am requesting that this account be closed and all money deducted credit back. We have left the account open for deposit and credit's only so that we're able to recieve refunds.

Your not the only company that was hit using my idenity. And being a Veteran both myself and my husband they have all our information.

e-mail me at the above address if there is probably please put in the subject line your company name and the account number so that it does not get deleted with other junk mail.

Again this account was open without my knowledge if you have any other accounts in my name cancel them too and credit any money back. My bank and the Federal Trade commision with the FBI are conducting investigations into the stolen disk with Veteran information on it, plus this case as well.
