me and my fiance bought a new trailer from apache homes about ayear ago and been nothing but problems. from the beggining Rick Renynolds lied from the start. he said if he moved it to another lot that they would not put it in place and set it up which was not true it was in the contract a new trailer will be moved and set up at owners choosing but we were niave first time buyers and we bought his load of crap.Even though we left it at his trailer park the set up was never completly done. we contacted mortgage company said they would look into. what a suprise nothing happend also 21st mortgage sucks dont use them either.

Fast foward to present april 25 2017 we recieve an eviction notice of failure to pay rent we have all our reciepts of course were mad at this point. we go to the office and of course no one there knows anything i have to talk to rick .so i call back later get secretary and asked her whats goin she said diregard the lettrt they made a mistake we hwd been paying on time then she says hold on rick gets on the phone and says you still have to leave im evicting you and three other families. he says its to many problems the only problem is i have neibhor that likes to drink and yell out racial slurs in the middle of the night mind you a savanna cop lives directly next door and this happarnd more times than i can count and nothing was done buy anyone mgmt or police so because of this we all have 30 days to move our trailers but the real reason for moving us out is the ammunition base hired alot of people and hes putting in 4 plex trailers and renting them out which its property he can do what he wants but  30 day notice to move a trailer is crazy unless you have money or family with money to spare whose got that these days .I hink he had this in mind the whole time grt us to leave it there evict us one day and he knows we probablly cant move he will buy it back from the bank at low price im sure and he gets to sell the same trailer twice and move in a 4 plex and rent those out .Do not go to apache homes rick reynolds is a crook and once you meet him youll get an instant d***** bag vibe so anyone looking for a trailer look elsewhere you will get screwed some kind of way
