Phil Silberman, broker and owner of Apartment Wiz, a Silberman Enterprises company is being investigated by the IRS and Texas Attorney General stating numerous claims against this crook. As an employee, I have personally seen Phillip Silberman intentionally not pay the rebates as claimed on the website. Additionally, he works us as employees, not 1099 contract workers. Also, I have witnessed him not paying employees that leave the company and intentionally keeping all the money and making the past employees sue him in court. I am looking forward to seeing him go down by the IRS and Texas Attorney General. I've heard a civil lawsuit may be pending. If anyone knows of anything, I'm on board to suing him as well. He is nothing less than a common criminal.
