My name is John , former branch manager at one of the Apex Financial Group dba Apex Mortgage Corp. branches.
Apex Financial Group dba Apex Mortgage Corp, just declared that they would be going out of business and the they would not accept any other request but payments of the loans that were closed before october 13th, 2007.
Well, I closed on loan in September of 2007 and I still havent got paid for it and the worst part is that they are not answering the phones and emails.
I am sure that I am just one of the many branch managers that had, that haven't got paid yet.
Please get in contact with me if you think that I might get paid. the check amount is $9,000.00 and I wish to split this money with the attorney that helps me on it.
