I only ordered a "free" sample but according to their fine print I also signed up for a tri-monthly auto ship program. Instead of only being charged $6.95 for the shipping of the sample I was also charged $89.97 for a 3 month supply.

Under their terms and conditions page it says you need to cancel within 2 weeks. As this is a 2 week sample it would be assumed it is 2 weeks after receipt of product. However I was taking no chances and went to their site to cancel. It stated you must have the approval code which was on the invoice of the sample that was sent, however I had no such "Invoice".

I tried several times to contact them by phone but was put on hold and then disconnected constantly. I finall emailed them stating the problem and was then sent an email confirming my cancellation 1 day after the 2 week period (covenient huh!) I then thought the matter closed until I checked my bank. I was charged for the 3 month supply $89.97 4 days after cancellation.

I called Appera and complained and they told me basically too bad. They said I cancelled too late. I pointed out that I had not received this so-called 3 month supply so how could they be charging me for something that had been cancelled and that I was not going to receive. They just said you must have got it by now, too bad. I am now filing a fraudelent report with my bank trying to resolve this. please do not do business with this company. You will be sorry.
