Apple After i redeem my $30 itune card i found out that i cant make purchase or buy any apps from phone so i had a chat with the customer service and toll them my problem was they kept me put on hold most of the time and then checked my account to see what was going on and i was told my account was disable.  Nationwide

 I asked them why i couldnt make a apps purchased but all in a sudden my account was disable already and since my account was disable there is nothing can be done but it wasnt disable before i talked to chat customer service. I was keep asking why is it like this and they couldnt give me an answer. Is this the way they rip people off big time . What about if somebody just say forget it its only $5 or $30 only its ok i dont have time for that customer service call . So apple get rich really good this way eh.... I guess im not the only one with this issued, got money in the account and they disable it without any explanation.

Money in the account account was disabled for no explanations. Good way for ripping off people this way isnt it? No time for customer service just forget about it. Very good way apple makes money isnt it. Even if its a dollar or ten dollars left on the account how many account they has been disable and how much money they make this way. This is not right
