Ordered a Drip Pan from their web site, I clicked on the Cart to purchase, with the picture of a Black Frigidaire Drip Pan.

I was shipped a crome drip pan.  The situation with them that is tricky, and I though I was covered when I printed the order.

But when trying to return the wrong part, I noticed the receipt lacks a description.  Also the item number from the manufacturer is different than the item number in their inventory.  Without the proper information from a receipt generated from this company they are never at fault, therefore you will pay shipping charges for the delivery and the return.  The sytem they have developed makes it impossible for you to back track what you intended to order.

The cost of their product was also 3 times more than just finding a Lowes and buying what you need.  I now realize as we as consumers continue to use the internet for shopping we will run into so may problems, this is my 3rd purchase on the internet this year, and this is my 3rd ripoff already.  I quit! No more internet shopping...the scammmers are lokking for every way possible to pick your pockets.
