Appliance Zone Or Appliance Parts Specialists Refused to respond to repeated request for refund due to incorrect part return Corydon Indiana

This company, represented by Ms Paula Allen, refuses to accept part returns even though their website spells out a return policy. I purchased an incorrect part for $193 and immediately emailed them about my mistake. In the meantime, I ordered the correct part from their website as required in their return policy. I have emailed them 24 times and written them by US mail twice. I have tried to call them but am not able to locate a phone number. I disputed the problem with my credit card company to whom they did respond. They denied ever hearing from me and presented a phony return policy which they claimed prevented me from returning the part. I provided the real return policy copied from their website and tried several more times to contact them to no avail. They are not a reputable company and systematically deny part return requests by never responding and by presenting phony retrun policies. Beware!
