I attempted to purchase a range from ApplianceConnection.com because they were the only store I could find online who claimed to have the range in stock. Their policy said that if the range was in stock they would ship like within 48 hours. Several days passed and my order was still processing. I was informed that they did not have it in stock and would be ordering. I attempted to cancel my order at that through their website, but the return button wouldn't work and told me to use the ticketing system. I opened a ticket and said plainly I wanted to cancel my order. They tried to talk me out of it but I replied back I wanted to cancel my order. At some point shortly after I told them I wanted to cancel my order they went ahead and shipped my range. When I finally had to get on the phone to cancel the order they initially said I would have to pay for the shipping and handling that had previously been free. I went through the whole story and they guy on the phone agreed that I would not have to pay shipping and handling. About 2 months later I finally get most of my money refunded to my credit card once the range was returned to them from the shipping company, but they shorted me $150 charge for shipping. I tried to work with the company through their ticketing system reminding them of what they had already promised, but I got nowhere. I disputed the claim with my credit card company and they agreed with me and refunded me the $150. Don't do business with this company.
