Applied Card Bank - Cross Country Bank ripoff, and authorities should know about them, media also Boca Raton Florida

This company is a rip off big time. They changed the name from cross country thinking anaware consumers would not know it is them. They gave us a credit for a service not recxieved, and we then closed the account, paid the balance and moved on,We got a letter stating we got the credit and a statement saying account closed, zero balance. We then got another statement saying there was a .38 bal. I ignored it. I then got another statement saying I owed the $170 they credited me with as they did not get the notice on time and we had not written to them within 60 days. They now have charged interest. I have written them telling them to not send us this as the account is closed. They have harrased us on our cel phones and even had the gall to call my work. I put my foot down then. They sent me another notice saying they could take less money in order to "close this account: News flash guys, it is closed. I owe you nothing. I then wrote to them again, told them to take me to court,please do>>>>>I am not paying this money. I will also file a claim with the FTC and I am thinking of the media as consumers need to stay away from these leaches. They latch on to whatever and try and draw blood.....Beware
