AppStack goappstack.com signed up for free trial offer but still got charged $60.00 fee , Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

AppStack is a new company that tries to generate leads for businesses from smart phone searches in a local area.  They have a 30 day free trial period.  After that the charge is $60.00 per month.

I cancelled on July 30th a Monday but they still charged me the $60.00.  I got zero leads in the month so this service does not work.  I need to go to my bank so they can not charge me again.  They are a rip off and avoid using them.

We apologize for your experience with AppStack. Customer service is our number one priority and hearing about your frustrations will be noted and used for coaching and training with our team.  

Our free trial is used to give customers a sense of what mobile advertising can do for their small business.  Upon signing up, customers are informed they need to cancel prior to their 30 day trial, otherwise they are set to smoothly transition into a paid subscription.  When we receive notification, whether it be via email or phone, that a customer has requested to cancel, we terminate their subscription immediately.

Advertising like this doesn't work overnight. As long as you have your iPhone and tan the money is better spent. Instant gratification is not attainable when running a business.
