AppStar Financial Sales committed fraud, was deceptive and hid information in application agreement, took out certain pages of agreement I was supposed to keep Jackson, Mississippi

An AppStar sales rep came into my retail store while I was busy.  He wanted me to switch services from my then current merchant services provider.  I told him I would if he could beat my current provider's fees since they had been increasing.  I gave him my then-contract to read over while I helped my customers.  He said they could beat the interest rates and fees.  I asked about if they too started increasing fees, was there a termination fee if I switched down the road.  He explicitly and emphatically said "No, that is the beauty with AppStar, there is no contract so you can get out at anytime you want and there is no fee."  He went over the terms of rates and such and then I agreed since he said there was no contract and no termination fee and lower fees, why not?  He bent over pages and highlighted where I needed to sign to execute what we had discussed. 

Today, I found out, 3 months later...I have a contract on file with AppStar- that I never knew I had and have never had a copy.  I signed the sheets where he had highlighted for my signature as he stated this was to implement the terms he had discussed.  He kept some of the pages' information covered by other sheets or sort of bent over where this information was written.  I pulled out my copy of the application agreement- all he left me with...and he took out pages 2-4, which had this relevant information.  I called AppStar, and I talked with 4 people including a supervisor.  They kept repeating how they had a signed contract by me...l told the whole story and that I had nothing but the incomplete applicatin agreement copies he left me.  They could have cared less!  They had no remorse whatsoever and no concern that their rep was being fraudulent.  I have since filed with the BBB and am filing with our State Attorney General's Office.  This was the third complaint I had of misrepresenation, fraud or shady deception by this sales rep.  I have called him personally 3 times...he has yet to return one of them.
