I purchased a hose for my pressure washer.  I received it and it was the wrong hose.  I checked their web site to make sure I had the right one as to my make and model.  I had the right one.  I called a total of 6 times to get it corrected, and even went to their address with my old hose, wand and pressure washer.  They said maybe it was missed marked on the shelf and they got two hoses from their warehouse. One was clearly wrong and the other looked right.  I tried to install the hose on my pressure washer which I had taken with me, but it was also wrong.

They said that they would refund my money, but when I checked my bank, there was not a refund.  I called three more times, and they said that they had refunded me my money. I called my bank to verify and they said I had not received any money from them.  I filled a complaint with US Bank on this matter, and called them to correct this, and they blew me off.

I have not received any refund monies.  My review stands.

The customer is correct in that the part was not correct and so we refunded the customer.

 

When sending a refund the banks on both side will tell you that there may be a 2 week time in processing.

 

This is something we have no control over
