apx told me that i only had to pay a one time fee to my city .and the alarm and the service was free if i put a sign in my front yard. and i could cancle any time. it was free for about 3 months then i started to get a bill 39.99 plus tax.. i cald them thay seid i sign a 5 year contract and i had to pay for the h*e 5 years to cancle .so ive been paying it for about 4 years. having some money problems so i stop paying them now thay turn me in to a colection company they want $1000 or it go's on my credit. apx has got free money from me for a long time.
