Aqua Resource Group fully deceptive claims, lying, fraudulent operation, delivering nothing ripoff Irvine California

I bought into this fraud and was ripped off to the tune of $26K+. This horrible company which claimed to have realtors in my area already on the program to send me referrals took my money and did nothing for me or my mortgage business. These people ruined my excellent reputation with my clients and realtors with the worthless trip vouchers.

I was fully deceived by Lauren Baumann who I later found out is a convicted felon indicted by the SEC for fraud in the 90's. Mark Nichols, Saul Tarsi, and Richard Driscoll all had a hand in the fraud perpetrated against me. I should have sued these people a year ago, but I had a business to run, a family to support and a life to live without the aggrivation of this company and taking them to court.

I have had nothing but pain and loss ever since my horrible experience with these calculating thieves. I am now ready and willing to do whatever it takes to put these people in jail and sue for my losses and the damage done to me and my clients who have unfulfilled travel vouchers. Furthermore, the state of California and A.G. needs to be held accountable for allowing this company do business over and over under three different names and to file bankruptcy three times now over eight years. Absolute neglegence on the part of the state of California for allowing this to be perpetrated. Why has the A.G. of CA not filed a class action against Aqua? Have the assets of Aqua and its principles been siezed?
