Aqua Texas Aqua America Excessive move in charges for sewer and water then excessive charges for monthly water and sewer Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania

 I was charged 60 dollars for sewer connection fee and 54 dollars for water connection fee . They didn't have to connect anything it was already here when I moved in. Then I received my first water and sewer bill I was charged 60 dollars monthly sewer fee and 31 dollars monthly water fee I used 1400 gallons of water my first month and my bill was 113.02 dollars that is outrageous. My second month I used 900 gallons and my bill is 102.84 dollars . I contacted the PUC got a really dumb explanation I don't know if they think I am dumb or if they are that dumb. I got nowhere with the state water and sewer commission iother the state doesn't care that this company sales us our state water and does it for an outrageous amount of money . This needs to be stopped
