Since Mr. Fleming is so upfront about things. if you do decide to hire him, why not ask why he has so many felony fraud charges and convictions? Of course you will probably get a line of B.S. such as the Rebuttal listed above. I will again point you to the Search feature of Ripoff Report. Just type in Richard Fleming and Ric Fleming and read the complaints. If you still go ahead and hand this man, or his wife, a check then you get what you deserve.

Buyer beware!

I would like to begin by introducing myself as R. Townsend. I am the CEO and silent business partner of Mr. Richard Fleming.

We need to get some facts straight. First of all, I own many companies and when I had the opportunity to invest in the Marketing and Website Design business with Mr. Fleming I was very excited about the opportunity. As a businessman, you need to check backgrounds, references, financial statements and so on. Yes, Mr. Fleming was up front and forthcoming about some of the issues that had arisen in his past. There was more hype to the stories then what had really occurred. Believe me, I have my own set of Attorneys who checked his background and found nothing to be alarmed about.

Frivolous malicious gossip from people who also have their own criminal backgrounds. I've checked the names of people that Mr. Fleming had given me that have written most of these manipulated allegations about him. Isn't that ironic? Some people can make up stories to allow people to believe that another person is not only "bad" but is out to take advantage of the world. Not in Mr. Flemings case at all.

Instead, I saw a company and a professional man who worked hard at pleasing each and everyone of his clients. And just to remind you all: I guess no one else in this lifetime ever had skeletons hanging in their closets now do we?

I found this man to be genuine, honest with integrity, excelling at his perfection in his work and an accomplished professional with a masters in education. I also made many phone calls to numerous clients and there wasn't one client who didn't praise the work and promptness of the websites that his company had designed and delivered to them in a timely manner. 

I do know this person who wrote this statement about Mr. Fleming. This is a disgruntled designer who was terminated for poor work ethics, a very bad temper towards the clients and Mr. Fleming and the use of illegal substances. We could not put the clients or the businesses reputation on the line. We tried to help Mr. T. Picker but to no avail was he even interested. If you have a substance abuse problem and your behaviors are out of control then there was no other option to take but to terminate his employment from the company. Of course, this had caused a backlash to mine and Richards company but that is what happpens to people who are out of control.

As far as stealing a name for his company, aquabelladesigns is a Website Marketing and Design company whereas, Aqua Bella Landscape is a lawn business company. What is your point Mr. Picker? The company has been in business for years with a very high reputation of great success and that is why I had approached Mr. Fleming to offer a proposal to becoming his partner.

Our company has a legitimate business license and business bank account. All checks are made out to the company and all websites are delivered to the client in 5-7 business days. Where is this disgruntled mans proof that the websites have not ever been delivered. Within our administration office all contracts, invoices and copies of websites are kept on file as to when they began designing them until they are completed. 

Mrs. Lori Fleming is the wife and a talented woman. If needed, she will offer her help to whatever needs to be done. I know her as a kind and caring person. She works for several charities and has an outgoing personality. Mr. Picker you really show your class when you try to go after women. What's next children?

Our company is growing and does have a high reputation of standards that we keep and always promise to our clients. There is nothing to hide. The information that Mr. Picker has written has been magnified as a retaliation from someone who is completely out of control. Now, you can believe whatever you want whether you feel this type of person is telling the truth or you need to understand that this is a disgruntled unemployed designer and why he has written the slanderous statement on this report. He is angry because we had to terminate him because of his poor work ethics and his addiction to drugs.

Anyone who reads this and has questions as to the background or reputation of Mr. Fleming should just be upfront and ask him. There are no complaints in regards to the Flemings or the business. But there are jealous, malicious and manipulative people out there that have too much time on there hands. If these people would put their time and energy out there on more positive matters then maybe they could build a successful company.

At some point in time, everyone has felt like they've been ripped off, when that may not have been the case. Being short on space or only having less than 2 minutes to do a story where important facts are left out can change the entire story. Rip-off Report feels consumers reading the unedited experiences of other consumers, without editorial involvement, are getting the best consumer opinion/news available. Our detractors would like to tell you differently. Savvy consumers need to take in all the information they can find and use it as an advantage. Consumers who investigate and obtain information about a company from a number of sources will be able to make more educated decisions, because they know what to watch for. By reading Rip-off Report, or any other publication containing information about businesses, you, the consumer, now know more about that business than its competitors. More than likely the competitor has the same issues. Let the reported business know youve read complaints about them, that you would like to do business with them, and get affirmation from the company that if you do business with them, they will do right by you. Let them know that if they treat you right, you will log on to Rip-off Report and tell the world what a great experience youve had. All companies make mistakes. It is the ones that learn from their mistakes that will benefit the consumers the most. "An educated consumer is our best reader".
