Received a phone call to schedule an in home water test. I was promised movie passes and pizza coupons. Test was done. Representative lift with promise to return with passes and coupons. I am still waiting for him to return.
These guys are ripoff artists. They show up needing to borrow a pen, a bowl, a calculator, your computer, some soap, a washcloth, and a towel. Much of which they will take with them if you are not watching.
Do not be deceived by their claims!

The purpose of the washcloth and the glass was for the presentation. The computer is to show you facts about water quality in the area. The pizza coupons and movie passes definitely should have been given to you. As a representative for the company I would like to apologize that you did not receive them. If you would contact the Midland Office, ask for Matt Alderson. He is the owner of that franchise. I have had the opportunity to spend time in his organization and have seen Mr Alderson demonstrate his willingness to resolve any challenges. He has received one of the highest achievement awards for customer service. Although there is no excuse, I am sure that this was a miscommunication and had he been aware of our situation it would've been taken care of promptly.
