aquajet showers/mark Mark did honor the warranty sent defective parts somers New York
I purchased a aquajet shower at the Big E in 2008 with a ten year warranty. October of 2012 started having problems with the steam unit. I tried contacting Mark at Aquaject for months, fianlly getting in contact with him in Jan 2013 at which time he said he would send the parts. Parts arrive in Feb 2013 and were no good did not work. I tried contacting him after parts arrive and have not been able to get in touch with him, he does not answer phone or return my voice messages. It is now July 2013.
