We decided to rent a home from this company due to timing and location (Conyers, GA). I will take responsability for moving in too quickly when the house should have been in better shape and ready. We were told though that anything that needed to be repaired or done will be done timely and completely. This has not been the case. This company has an owner who dodges every call and contact, the property manager who runs the business has no ability to make decisions therefore needless to say the home we rented is a mess and has only had minor repairs and painting done. ONLY 25% of the lighting was in working condition at move in. The home was painted by a 2nd rate company over one night, they slung paint all over the home and nothing matched. The outside paint and basic condition of the home is deplorable. We made the decision to pay a premium due to location and timing, this was a terrible mistake! I have simply asked more than a dozen times for the owner to take my call or contact me to discuss the issues and work them out......he refuses to do so. The only way we can get the property manager to take our calls is to BLOCK our number so she does not know who is calling. I believe we have done everything in good faith and this company has not. They have fixed a few lights and painted a few walls but the handly man they hire for the jobs is pulled away to do "more important" work for the company. Folks, I usually do not believe in airing the dirty laundry of a business and have never done this before but I would warn anyone considering renting a home in the metro Atlanta area to STAY AWAY FROM ARA 1 LLC/PROMANAGE LLC/TOP NOTCH REALTY SERVICES LLC! They own several properties and do not take the renter and the renters rights seriously. Unfortunalty for them they have a renter that will not accept mediocrity.

Everything that is posted about this company is so true I have seen it with my own eyes. Everyone that works for him are his a** kissers. He will rip you off on renting his properties and even working on them. He ripped my company off. I will never work for this guy again he is from Israel where they don't respect certain people. His workers are paid to lie and they don't care about no one only their money. He charges you a lot of money for bs houses. Don't do business with him at all. He starts off nice then will stab you in the back. He still owe me money for my work. Don't trust him or his do girls whatsoever.
