I was searching for a hard to find dvd,Rolling thunder, and stumbled upon this site. I have since tried to find the site but no luck. The company that recieved my money is arbco pictures I. Long story short, the dvd they sent me was blank! It is packaged as a bootleg. printed cover and none labeled dvd. I guess thats because it was bootlegged. I was unaware of this and thought this is illegal. anyway I want a 100% refund including postage. I'm sure there must be some fed law to ship bootlegged movies through the uspo. Can you help?
