I have been getting harrasing calls from Mrs Green on behalf of Accounts Recovery Corporation.
I have a student loan dept. I am not financially able to pay. I keep getting harrassing calls from Mrs Green on a daily basis at my place of work. She is not willing to cooperate with me. I keep telling her that I cant take calls at my work place. I already got a warning about personal calls. She keeps calling.
I asked her to sent me mail regarding this personal matter. She wont listen. I am going to loose my job over this. I dont know what else to do.

Look up the Unreasonable collections part of the collections act.
A creditor may NOT call your work place without permission from you except to confirm your employment.
They are in violation of this act section 353-c i believe.
