ARC Mobile Home Park Redwood Village Redwood Village False promises for repairs then raises rent West Valley City, Utah

When ARC took over this park they promised to keep it up nice like their golf courses.
Unfortunately, they make promises and do Nothing!

We were promised the huge hole in the road that has now been here for 3 years would be fixed. This hole is big enough to do some serious damage to a car. We are now going on three years of that hole and it just keeps getting bigger. We have kids in this park and seniors. With winter approaching someone could really get hurt.

We had a meeting in the spring and were promised we were first on the list this year and that the hole would be repaired. Never happened.The whole road is cracked and my driveway is nothing but rock.  Now we have 2 other holes starting and doubt they will be fixed either.

  We were told this year that they did not have the staff to do anything. With all the people that are unemployed, that is a copout. They are just too cheap to spend any money.

I spoke with the manager of this park and was told she can't do anything unless the guy above her approves it. He is just trying to make himself look good with the company by not spending money.

I called him and left a message for a return call only to be ignored.

2 years ago. the guy who does the work on water stuff came and looked at a  pipe under my house that he said needed to be replaced. He said this pipe was the responsiblity of the park.
Gee that has not been done either.

We only have 40 trailers in here ..no pool,.. no clubhouse. Now to add insult to injury they are raising our rent $22 a month.   For what?   They do nothing to justify taking more money.

I would not recommend living in an ARC park to anyone because they expect you to take care of your place according to park rules and they do nothing  in return except take your money.
