ARC SUNDOWN COMMUNITY tenants problems in this community clearfield utah

 I resident of this comunity for almost 7 years ,and I see issues every single year, one of the big issues is the sewer main pipe, every year few people we are affected for this big problem, The last month we had this issue again and the managment suposted fix,but we still had the same problem, we had this problem for all over of this community , the east side beetwen  winegar's store you  walk there and you will see the big mess in that area,sewer water flood all over the land of that lot ,it's casting to see this issues in this comunity ,health department and Clearfield city has notice about this but do not  doing about it,this big mess and problem had the tenants  with this management and company,everthing about it this comunity is true. If you planning to move in to this community honestly is not worth what we paid monthly ,!! you can get a better place to live around this area for the same price!! someone has to help to these people, we are family menbers,we are human's and we are trust in the law.

Clearfield City ,health department, state of utah or any government institution has to be check's this office and place, because i think is not fair we paid for huge monthly costs and their do not doing nothing for this community, the place is poor to live.service is really sucks and the managemnt incompettent  to fix the tenants problems.
