I have lived in this community for over 4 years now. 

They change park managers almost annually, due to them either quitting or getting fired.

They have hired a local towing company to patrol the streets at night to tow your car if you aren't parked in your driveway.  I have even witnessed one of these tow trucks follow behind my vehicle to make sure I didn't park on the street.  When I confronted the park manager about this, her response was "this is corporate policy there is nothing I can do about it."

If your lawn is not mowed frequently, you will get a notice on your door threatening to kick you out.  If you are lucky enough to actually speak to one of their "representatives," they are very rude, threatening, and unfriendly. 

During the summer, the swimming pool is rarely open until mid-July/late-August, but is always used as an excuse to raise rent every year.  During the winter, the roads are not plowed unless there has been enough complaints logged about it (even though there is an ARC truck equipped a plow parked next to the swimming pool).

Rent is raised every year with the explanation of "due to increased costs."

Not a good place if you have pets.  The park calls Animal Control regularly to have animals removed, regardless if they are stray or not.

There is a sign posted on the mailboxes that says "Rent is due today," and is never actually taken down.

If you are considering moving to this place, keep in mind that there are better homes/apartments available at the same prices ARC offers, without the hassle or incompetence of the park management.  You will be treated like garbage the moment you are locked into a lease agreement.
