I had an issue with my financial situation. I sold my home to an approved buyer. My rent is stated as being $673./mo., but I was always billed $696./mo. I paid all back rent plus late fees in cashiers checks. I even over paid by $12. I was then notified of legal fees when I never got a notice of intent to evict. Despite this I was willing to pay legal fees just to get out of here. I asked to see the invoice & the office manager refused to show it to me. She hangs up on me when I call, she cuts me off mid sentence when I am speaking. I call the corporate office and they don't return phone calls. So rude and unproffessional.
