Oct 2012 - contacted Arcade Services to repair a Jukebox, shufflebowling machine and baseball arcade game.  Gary came, assessed repairs, said he had to take jukebox parts back with him in order to fix; needed money upfront in order to get parts - $260 in cash given to him at that time.  Was told 2-3 weeks to fix.  Would bring back parts for shufflebowling and baseball game at that time as well.  After 4 weeks, calls made to Gary.  Excuse after excuse of why it wasn't done.  House being foreclosed on; shop he was working at locked - all parts in the shop.  He was going to be homeless - could we give him more time.  Trying to be nice and understanding, we agreed to give him more time to get his life in order - was told another 2 weeks would do it.  

After more calls, more excuses, and a threat by my husband and I to go to authorities, Gary finally showed up in Feb. 2013 with the jukebox part - no other parts, tho.  And, when he put the part in the jukebox - it didn't work.  Said he was having trouble at the shop with it, but wanted to bring it out since we were so upset.  We told him to leave the part, but we wanted our money back.  Said he would "make good by us" -- this is his classic line.  

Well, after many, many more months - he has NOT done good by us - we have not received 1 cent back from him.  I have also called him recently and said that we could try it again - we'd be willing for him to fix the jukebox (I know, we're idiots!) - but we do want the machine fixed!  When I tell Gary that our next step is the authorities, the classic line comes out - I'll do good by you.  I have left phone messages and several emails to him in the last 2 weeks - no response.

Well, Gary - the time is up!  It seems you only respond to customers when they send in one of these reports, so I expect you will be writing a rebuttal soon.  I don't want to hear it.   I just want our money back NOW!  You know where to reach us!
