ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THE FOLLOWING PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH RIP-OFF REPORTS. YOU MUST BE TRUTHFULL AND HAVE DOCUMENTS TO BACK UP YOU COMPLAINTS. POSS CLASS ACTION STARTING.
1. BEEN DENIED PAYMENT STATEMENTS
2. BEEN DENIED CREDIT REPORTING
3. FILED BANKRUPTCY BUT KEEP THE CAR AND PAID ON TIME, THEN HAD PROBLEMS
4. HAD ADDITIONAL CHARGES ADDED AND COMPANY REFUSES TO DISCLOSE WHY
5. HAD CONTRACT CHANGED AFTER SIGNING
6. TRIED TO CONTACT COMPANY AND HAVE NOT REPONDED.
7. HAVE BEEN CURSED AT OR THREATS MADE TO YOU OVER THE PHONE OR IN LETTER FORM.
PLEASE BE PROMT WITH YOUR INFO. I AM TRYING TO GET THIS UP AND RUNNING IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS.

Furious at Arcadia

They gave me bad account numbers to have an allotment set up for payments while my husband was in Afghanistan (he is in the USMC). For the past 6 months we have tried and tried to work this out, yet they still do not claim fault. Because of them our auto loan is aways a month behind, as well as other loans going deliquent.
Will share further details with anyone that is trying to get together any legal action against this company. I worked in the auto industry for years and dealt with them then. Unfortunately, my husband got this vehicle before we were married, so I couldn't steer him clear of these crooks.
