Arcadia Transouth CitiFinancial ripoff North Carolina

Transouth needs to be stopped!!! The fact that Citi Financial (as reputable company) has purchased them is very scary to me. I wonder if they know how screwed up these people are. They have never applied my payments correctley, they call my "references" to track me down and not only harrass me, but my friends, and TODAY...was the last straw for me. Some fake "collector" disguising her voice, leaves a message on my phone that says that she has an order to come pick up my car, and to call her so I can tell "Bubba" what to do.

Now, since when does the Repo man call you to tell you he's coming. This people are ridiculous. I am trying very hard to refinance, but with not so great credit don't have alot of companies to chose from. The constant harrassment, and utter RUDENESS of Transouth has got to be a voilation of the company's code of ethics.... it's gotta be. They must be stopped!!!
