Arcadia Transouth Ripoff Unethical business practices & interest charges & higher mgmt not accessible Bedford Texas

Arcadia Transouth is the epitomie of a rip-off company. It has outrageous interest charges. I've been paying on my car for a year and the balance of loan has remained the same as if I just purchased my vehicle today.

This company is in incognito. The CEO or high-level managment cannot be contacted nor located for that matter. I believe they have a lot to hide because they deal in unethical business practices.

Somehow, my cell phone number has been placed in the Arcadia's database and their representatives continue to contact me on my cell phone after I've verbally communicated several times to the Comapany's rep's not to do this. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW. I refuse to discuss my account at my expense on my cell phone. The rep's continued to contact me on the same day on my cell phone five times on purpose. Two women continued calling and hanging up just to irritate me.

I tried to locate the addresses to send a certified letter demanding them to stop contacting me on my cell phone and that they are breaking the law by doing so. It was was nearly impossibl to locate street addresses. I found five addresses for the company and only one address with an actual street address. I sent my certified letter to them and today, 8/20/04, I received another phone call from a rep from Arcadia.

Arcadia hires the most unprofessional, uneducated people, it seems. These people are trained to be rude, ignorant and down right dirty. DON'T PUT UP WITH IT.

If anyone is interested in joining forces to deal with Arcadia the legal way.
