Arcadia Transouth ripoff Hampton Virginia

Larry Shanon with arcadia transouth. He is a part of the office that is North Carolina. My bills are addresses to be sent to "South Hackensack New Jersey. I had a financial problem I spoked with Mr Shanon at which time he said all I had to pay was $55 dollars to bring my account current and my next payment would be deffered and I wouldn't owe a payment until July 17,2004. So I did that and 3 weeks later I get a bill for 984.12 so I called Mr Shanon ask him what happened he said that the manager over him said they couldn't accept that so I said well why did you wait 3 weeks later to tell me this.

So then he stated calling me at my place of employment iwnwhich he was not authorized to do and not only was he informed that he wasn't wuthorized to do so by myself my attorney and my employer. So my church family got the money I needed together and they mailed it to the office on my bill they called and informed them that the payment had been mailed and she said it may take a few days once the recieve it to post,but she annotated that it was sent by my church Mr Shanon continues to call and harass me at my job and home calling early mornings and late at night . My account was transferred to transouth without my knowledge nor without my approval.

My attorney reviewed all my loan papers and never once was it indicated that the loan would be sold to anyone nor did I request it to be. I pray that the word get out to other people about transouth and I think we should all come together and fill a lawsuit against them. May God have mercy on there soul. For he will make our enemies our footstool.
