I have contacted a lawyer to see if the complaints I have with Arcadia Transouth are viable and they told me the only thing I could do is try to have several people file a class action lawsuit because my complaints are not enough. She also said that once you give a company a check by phone payment they have authorization to use your checking account information anytime they wish! Crazy isn't it?! Well if anyone has any advice please let me know.
