They financed a truck for me, the truck was not what was on paper work, they paid dealer for 4-wheel drive truck, got two wheel drive truck, 7 years later they liened my house, I refinanced and paid them off, now they still have it on credit report 3 times, they are crimminals, I am trying to get a class action suit going, in worcester district court alone, they have garnished 3000 peoples wages.

I HAVE BEEN FINANCING MY VEHICLE FOR A FEW YEARS WITH ARCADIA TRANSOUTH & ALL I CAN SAY IS...I GUESS IT HAS TO DEAL WITH WHAT BRANCH YOU'RE GOING THROUGH. I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH GETTING MY PAYMENT TO THEM A FEW TIMES & THEY WORKED WITH ME EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAD A PROBLEM.
YES THEY MAY CALL FOR THEIR PAYMENT, BUT REMEMBER, YOU MADE THE LOAN & THEY HAVE TO GET PAID TO. I UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION YOU HAVE WITH THEM HARRASSING YOU, I'VE BEEN HARRASSED BEFORE TOO, BUT NOT BY THE BRANCH OF ARCARDIA TRANSOUTH COMPANY I GO THROUGH. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE WITH ME OR MY MOTHER. WHEN I TALK WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, IT'S ALMOST LIKE TALKING TO A FRIEND OF MINE ON THE PHONE!
WHEN YOU MADE YOUR LOAN WITH THEM, I'M QUITE SURE YOU KNEW YOUR FINANCE CHARGES BEFORE YOU SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE. WELL AT LEAST I DID & IF SO, YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT PAYING FOR A $23,000 CAR THAT ACTUALLY COST $14,000. EVIDENTALLY YOU HAD A SLIGHT CREDIT PROBLEM & TRANSOUTH WAS PROBABLY THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD FINANCE FOR YOU!
ALL I CAN SAY IS, THE TRANSOUTH I DEAL WITH IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA IS THE GREASTEST! I HAVE NOT ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM! BUT FOR YOU WHO ARE BEING HARRASSED OR RIPPED OFF BY THE BRANCHES YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, I'M SORRY TO HEAR THAT & LET'S NOT BLAME ALL OF TRANSOUTH'S EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES FOR THEIR IGNORANCE, BECAUSE ALL OF THEM AREN'T.
