This internet payday loan is not licensed in the state of Missouri, therefore, according to Missouri law, they cannot provide any type of loan to a Missouri resident.

Missouri Department of Finance rules and regulations state that a cap is placed on a payday loan originating in the state of Missouri. This company does not follow that guideline, and the consumer ends up paying much more than they owe.

This company will not provide any identifying information such as registered agent, physical location, lender license number, etc. This is information that must be provided to your customers if they request it.
