Arctic Ease Gawi Gawi Healthcare Poor product quality ripoff of consumers, poor maagement Phoenixville Pennsylvania

Bought their cold compression wraps, what a waste of money.  Didn't work.  Gave me a rash.  Another 2wraps are covered in green slimy mold after just one use, so much for being reusable as they claim.

Called and emailed last week, March 3, 2014.  The company is very rude, refused to offer a refund or to replace products.  Told me the problem was not their cold wrap, it was me.  I followed the directions, product wasn't cold, just wet and slime feeling.  The manager I spoke with was very, very rude.  Yelling into the phone and using 4letter words.

Do not buythis company's product.  I talking with other marathon runners from my running club,they told me that the company was sold and the company is not the company it once was. Sorry to hear this, I guess with the new owners do not care about product quality, customer service or customer retention.
