I usually don't do this but I feel it's imperative to shed light on how crooked this company is.  First off if your a new agent STAY AWAY, the CEO Chris will sell you on how great his technology is and advanced, yet his database is made up of co- brokes and no exclusives, meaning 99% of the time the client already seen your inventory.  Second I have literally watch this man scold his agents every Thursday he holds meetings and straight up embarrasses who ever is not producing.  He doesnt care about real estate hence why his company has drastically down graded from their Bryant Park location, and is only motivated by money.  

After you start working there he doesn't even want to speak to you, and tells you to deal with Ida the so called "Managing Director" who has no form of professionalism and its clear this lady does not have an ounce of a college education.  She will hold a conversation with you while picking pimples on her face, ugh.  Anyway it's aparent that these individuals are involved intimately, which is why Ida hates her job, Chris gives her all the work and pays her peanuts so she get frustrated with the agents.  She will play you close then divulge your business to other agents and staff, even showing people text messages you sent her.  So unprofessional,smh.

There is no sales department NONE, and Chris chooses who he thinks can do sales.  Which consist of cold calling fsbo for a 2% listing fee.  They have no inventory  Basically if you want your success to be put to a limit Ardor is for you.  they will sweet talk you in and then switch n bait, tell you, you can only do rentals, e give you free desk and maybe supplies yet threatens you with it every week.  Especially with the advertising, you only get 10 nytimes and everyone is advertising the same thing, so when you hear 200 listings, just know 70 agents are advertising the same thing and besides Parvalous they have no exclusives.

I've seen them recruit new agents who don't have their license and they will have them put up ads show apartments and even rent them.  Ardor claims they will give them the money once u get your license however, if you decide to leave before or they don't want to work with you, they give your client and commission to another agent.  Good luck in real estate but seriously stay away unless your from their country or of the same nationality Greek, Israeli,or Egyptian  those are who get the leads If they don't feel threatened by them of course.

Clients good luck with doing business there, especially if you want to be looked at as just a steak on a plate.
