Area Circulation Fraudulent Billing Virginia Beach Virginia

The company contacted me saying that they were Publisher Clearing House. I went along with it for the first to calls. During the third call, I asked whether this was Publisher's clearing house and they said no. I then told them that I did not want the service or the account. A supervisor was put on the phone and I told him what happened. He then said he would talk to his agent for lying to me and that the only thing he can do is give me a lower rate. I told him that I did not want a lower rate or the account.

The company then proceeded to charge my credit card. I called my credit card and told them that this act was fraudulent, because I told them that I didn't want their services. My credit card company states that they will now go after this company.
