DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS CROOK! I am a small business owner and independent contractor. I SIGNED a Contract with this SCAM ARTIST TO SUBCONTRACT MY RESIDENTIAL PAINTING. HE SENT ME A WORK ORDER FOR A ROOFING JOB AND CALLED IT A PAINTING JOB.. HE UNDERBID THE JOB, APPROVED THE WORK I DID, now he is withholding my pay which is in the contract. He is trying to Force me to do the FREE WORK HE LEFT OUT OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE HOMEOWNER! He underbid the job, not a professional estimator. He made a deal with the homeowner to do a bunch of free work and neglected to tell me.

If I would have known he was going to try and get over on me without paying me for the work that I did I never would have signed up and accepted the contract. I only wish I was able to read his Google reviews before becoming a subcontractor. He has done this many times before to lots of homeowners and other small business owners and independent contractors like myself. DO NOT trust him or his so-called project manager Armondo Jaime they will lie and not pay you for your work. I have reached out to Phil several times. I have reached out to feel several times. He left me a voicemail stating that he was leaving the country tomorrow and he was too busy to deal with me. He referred me to Armondo who referred me back to him. I am glad I have everything in writing including full support from the homeowner who is ready to tell the truth in court.
