Argosy University Online rip off, fraud, negligent Internet

Where do i start.... 2008 I started attending Argosy University.  I was enrolled in a Psychology degree at this school and expected to graduated in 2013, that did not happen.  Lets start with Financial aid:  First off I had seven financial aid officers all college kids handling my money from 2008 to present.  I was told that I would have a enough money to borrow in 2010 and that I was on pace to get my degree.  My new financial aid officer informed me that I was 24,000 dollars short and would have to take out private loans.  How do you make a 24,000 dollar mistake?  They don't return your phone calls, or emails.  They take weeks to get back with you about important information regarding your financial aid and then act very rude to you when you call with questions.

They claim that I have borrowed the aggregate limit for undergrad student.  When i checked with my loan provider they told me i borrowed 50, 500 witch brings me to my next problem.  They claim that I received 30,000 dollars in stipends checks in a three year period.  This is not true my loan provider shows that I only received 13,000.  Where did all the extra money go?  That's what I'd like to know.

I was told my credits would transfer to any brick and mortar college in Ohio which is where i reside.  When I contacted my local colleges only 4 of the 24 classes I took would transfer.  There were no equivalents for all the Psychology classes that I took at Argosy.  The lure of a private school caught me off guard.  I thought I was exceptional being excepted only to find out they take anybody.  I had classmates that couldn't spell, and didn't know the difference between there, and their.  I never received any grade lower than a B, and towards the end i put maybe 20 minutes in on a 4 or 5 page paper.  The professors are a joke they must be told to pass as many students as possible.

I have had financial aid officers call and brow beat me into paying my balances.  I am currently on disability and when I asked a supervisor in the financial aid department how am I supposed to pay back all this money with no degree she informed me that I should have thought about going to school and my disability before I enrolled.  I was told i was immature, irresponsible and to borrow the money from family members to pay back the school.  They took money directly out of my checking account after these threats I ignored.  There was what I will call an "investigation" into who took it out from the school but no disciplinary action was taken.  My money was returned to my account, but I had proof that the ip adress and physical address the computer was registered at came from the school.

On of the most frustrating things is they took me for all my money the sucked my loans try and then spit me out without any degree to show for my three years of hard work and here I sit on disability with no ability to have any earning power and no ability to find a job in the field of work I was hopping to go into.

I have exhausted all my financial resources and do not know where to turn.  If anyone has this same problem or any other problems please contact me.  I think legal action needs to be taken against the school for the hell they have put students through.
