I am sorry you had this experience. Please call the corporate customer service number and report this consultant. Mary Kay guarantees their customers satisifaction and will be able to help you correct this issue.

How can you con someone when prices are listed in a Worldwide Magazine?

I was very upset to know that someone felt the need to call me a liar and a con artist on the internet and involve my business in the accusations.
There are two ways you can be "ripped off" by a Mary Kay Consultant:
1. Pay for product before recieving it and then never getting it
2. Be overcharged for products/services.
I personally always have my product on hand and 95% of the time, when you order it from me, I have it to give to you immediately. On the off chance that I don't, you don't pay me until I drop the product off to you. #1 is out...
If you are ever concerned about the validity of a price a consultant gives you, you can easily ask to look at a catelogue, or pull up the Mary Kay website (www.marykay.com) and look at all of the products and prices there.
So how, may I ask, can you be ripped off this way? And who, may I ask, would be stupid enough to risk there reputation and income for a few extra bucks on product, when the information about pricing is VERY easy to attain?
NOT I, and I am incredibly curious as to who reported me. I didn't have any clients named Maryann until last week. So whoever you are, if you see this, I think it only fair to know what I possibly could have done to you to prompt such awful, unjust character assasination.
