Aria Domain - Ariadomain.com Their website is almost completely non-functional. No service, no support, no contact information, no service tickets, unable to renew my domain. Emails returned as undeliverable. Internet

I have been with Aria Domain, who manages my domain name, since 2004.  Their service has been getting steadily worse each year and as of 8/13/09, their website is almost completely non-working.  They do not have any contact information posted on their website and I have been completely unable to contact anyone from their company.

I received an email from them on 8/21/09 stating that my domain was being canceled on 8/31/09.  The email also stated that I would have to pay a $70.00 fee to restore my domain if it was deleted.  I logged in to my account an attempted to renew my domain and their credit card service denied any and all attempts to make a payment.  I tried three different cards and had not luck.

I then attempted to send them an email.  I could not find an email address on their website, so I replied to the address which was in their email to me.  Every attempt to contact them was returned as undeliverable.  I attempted to submit a service ticket and that system was no longer working.  I finally found that they were managed by Planet Domain, in Australia, and contact them.  Their support person did reply to me with an offer of assistance.

I am going to attempt to transfer my domain name management to another provider, but I am unable to contact anyone from Aria Domain to facilitate this.  As of 8/13/09, I am still unable to renew my domain.
