        On June 18,2010  I  Zarina Santiago came in to the office to enroll my daughter Miriam Santiago in the modeling and acting industry. When we spoke on that day around 12:00 he told me that he had alot of work coming in and that now was the time, so he gave me an appointment to come in at 4:00. So I came to the office at 1928- Boothe Cr Longwood Fl 32750 we sat down I gave him cash 650.00 he gave me a receipt. My husband ask him if we needed to sign a contract and he said no that he was a man of your word and shaked his hand. He also gave us an appointment on 06/26/10 for my daughter photo shot. When we arrived to the office that day he had about 6 more people, to have there photo taken as well. We pick up the pictures on 7/30/2010 at your office, after that day that we pick up the picture he said that if something shows up he was going to contact us. My daughter and my husband has called him several time but nothing yet. My husband called him on the weekend of Labor day and he told him to call him after Labor day, so he did an then again nothing. Were now in the month of September and we have not heard from him, he has failed like an agent, and we dont want anything to do with this company. my husband and I sacrifice 650.00 that dont grow on tree so that my daughter could do something for her future, but thanks to him everything went down the drain. I also want to inform  that I apply with a big company, Ford Models and Wilhelmina Models and Elite and other professional companys and they did not charge me at all. The only way they make money if someone is interested in my daughter, he rip me off and God know how many other people. But am going to make sure i get my money back. I dont care what it takes we work hard for our money he going to give it back..
