Arizona Department Of Child Support - Arizona Department Of Economic Security - Division Of Child Support Enforcement ripoff NON CUSTODIAL PARENT'S TRYING TO SUPPORT THIER CHILDREN Phoenix Arizona

My husband has been paying child support faithfully for 3 year's, ever since we went to court in 2002.

The CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT in arizona has been screwing him on fee's and taxes ever since, we went and had them print out a report for what he owed and it said he was completly caught up.

Three month's later we recieve a letter from them saying he owes over $2000.00 in child support, apperantly the mother has been on cash assistance saying johnathan has not paid child support, arizona department of child support never bothered to check into it and issues her cash assistance.

Know they exspect johnathan to pay back all the money given to her and the intrest they feel like chargeing, Arizona system suck's you have dad's trying to pay there due's and the state drag's them into the dirt and then they wonder why so many father's are dead beat's.

This is 2005 and he has had his check's garnished for 3 year's and income taxes taken every year, along with mine because we are married which leaves are common children without and takes all the money out of the home he is currently being charged $564.00 a month, his court order is only $288.00 a month but thank's to greety mom's who do not want to help themseves and live off state the men are paying the full consiquence of the children.

Please help someone need's to put there foot down and stop this evil heartless women.
