Aps has in July and August estimated our charges. In June we had installed a solar hot water system. We already showed a 20% reduction due to deferment and reduction of electricity during peak hours. Our smart meter literally blew out during install of solar hot water system. Since we have had APS install a new meter in July. As of August they are still estimating our usage, even with a smart meter installed. Currently our bills are outrageous and do not graph according to this years usage. Additionally we should be 40% below 2012 usage graphed and they only show a 15% reduction.
