Arizona South Commercial Looks like me and my husband are victims of Scott Berg as well. Not only have we given Scott $2,500 to begin remodeling of our bathroom, but my husband also made the mistake of investing $2500 in some so called house flipping deal. Ripoff Chandler Arizona

As stated above my husband and I paid Scott Berg $2,500 to begin remodeling our bathroom. That was last July and we have yet to see any work or materials. Each time I speak with Scott he tells me their close to getting on it and that they should be ready by "next week." Next week never comes.
My husband also invested $2,500 with this thief in a house investment. Same story from Scott Berg. The deal keeps falling through and their close to something. This has been going on since last July.
Scott Berg served 7 years in prison for fraudulent schemes and this may require filing a criminal complaint with the county attorney since he appears to be a career criminal.
How can I get in touch with other victimes on this board?

This is for all who have been ripped off by Scott and Tracy Berg. I've seen on a couple of complaints that people are trying to find others who have been scammed by these people. Feel free to contact me: Rey (((ROR REDACTED PHONE NUMBER FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
I have recently become a victim of fraud from these people and I'm doing what I can to achieve justice. I've filed a report at the Attorney General's Office and have spoken with a local investigative news team who loves the idea of exposing these con-artists. I am currently building a case by recording our conversations and it would be very beneficial if I could speak to others who have been victims to their crimes. Your testimonies can help strengthen the case and would be of great help in sending Scott and Tracy straight to jail. Also, it can possibly be an opportunity to get your money back. Please join me in prosecuting these criminals and let's put them where they belong, behind bars.
