Arizona Tenants Advocates in a long term scam. The fraudster is named Ken Volk. Ask any lawyer about ATA and they will tell you: Ken Volk charges $1000 + to do about an hour of work. All he is doing is filling in a form hat is available at the law library.

If you don' believe me then go visit Ken Volk at his office. You will be a believer then! He works out of a dirty cluttered living room full of nasty furniture and people sitting around talking about other "customers". It is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen.

Ken Volk heavily spams the internet with positive reviews about ATA. You could just buy your way out of your lease for less money that Ken Volk charges! Ken Volk knows, "there is a sucker born every minute." Don't be a sucker.
