Armand will take your money and never be seen again.  I beleive he never had any intention of completing the job.  Gave him money for material upfront to fix a structural problem I had with masonary and framing.  I was listing my house and he promised a delivery of 1 1/2 days for job completion. Day one he worked 1.5hrs, day two one hr and day three 1.5hrs.  Got little done and left me with a bigger mess than I started with.  When I called him out for messing with me he came to collect his material and has never been seen again.  He seems like a really nice guy and knows the business but don't be fooled, he's a definite scammer.
