BUYER BEWARE! They sold me a stolen gun! 4 1/2 mths ago I bought a gun from them through Gunbroker. I was contacted this week by a Det. Sadler with Port Charlotte police Dept advising me the gun had been reported stolen and I needed to return it to the police. I called and talked to the owner Ann and asked about getting my money back, she said no. I said if you are any kind of a "stand up person" we would split the loss, she said no. These people not only wouldnt refund any money, they profited from the sale. I would not do business with this company!

Gun was cleared by ATF and had a clean serial number at time of the sale. We followed all local, state, and federal guidelines. The local sheriff provided us with direction and we followed it. Customer was to receive compensation, to be granted by Charlotte County Court upon the conviction of the criminal who stole the firearm. We have all been effected by the criminal actions of a few bad actors, and Army Navy can empathise with the victim in this case, but we are not responsible for the actions of our customers. This customers complaint was rejected by gunbroker.com, where Army Navy Guns has a perfcet A+ rating with over 1000 transactions completed.
