I paid 12,500.00 to Arnie Newman, who was presenting himself as ISC (Inventor Support Corporation), with the promise that I would recieve assistance in marketing my product. This included, but was not limited to, initial contact with manufactures, sales representations, and distributors, and ground work for publicity, advertisment, and trade shows. I first met with Arnie Newman in January of 2006. We went over and signed a document titled "Virtual Invention Prototype Submission Agreement" stating all of HIS responsibilities to us, and ISC's services to be provided. Upon signing the agreement, I paid Arnie Newman a total of 12,500.00. I was informed that I would have ten days, from the date of signing, to change my mind or back out of the contract. The date was January 10th, 2006. I later found out that the date Arnie Newman had put on the contract was January 12th, two days past the acual signing date.

I also researched to find that Arnie Newman had no business lisence, no affiliation with the real ISC, nor did he have any business listings in the Federal Way or greater Seattle area. When I attempted to reach Arnie Newman by phone, his phone had been disconnected with no forwarding information available. I then found out Arnie Newman had cashed the two checks, equaling the amount of 12,500.00, on January 17th, 2006, two days before my 10 day grace period, at Lasalle Bank, in Troy, Michigan. Without a business lisence in the state of Washington, all contracts are not legally binding. Cashing the checks were illegal. Then I found out Arnie Newman had applied for a business lisence on January 20th, 2006. (D.B.A.#602-576=053) When I finally was able to contact him, he stated that he had an open lawsuit against ISC, and that as soon as he won his case, I would be paid in full. When I contacted ISC, they had no idea what I was talking about. Arnie Newman had falsely represented himself as ISC, and fabricated a lawsuit to cover up his scandal. I have not yet seen any of my money.
